Stairwell cleaning, light bulbs, locks, waste and letterboxes. The routine tasks that need to work every single week.
Grounds maintenance
Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weeding and sweeping. We have our own machinery and look after the outdoor areas all year round.

Gritting, clearing and preventive work, carried out so that neither paving nor planting is damaged.
Move-in and move-out inspections
Move-in and move-out inspections on iPad with photo documentation and signatures, sent to all parties straight away.

Emergency help 24 hours a day, every day of the week, for properties with a service agreement with us.
What our caretakers handle
Stairwell cleaning and doormat service.
Cleaning of basement areas, laundry rooms and outdoor areas.
Replacement of light bulbs and name plates on doors and letterboxes.
Maintenance of doors and locks, and key management.
Emptying of waste containers and disposal of bulky waste.
Contact with residents and handling of enquiries.
Booking tradespeople and ongoing contact with the administration team.
Emergency line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
The list is not exhaustive. We go through the property with you and put forward a proposal for what makes sense for you. Stairwell cleaning, grounds maintenance and move-in and move-out inspections can also be provided as separate services.
